Curriculum Outline

The DiversityFIRST™ Certification Program involves a 5-day, on-site classroom curriculum leading to a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) designation. In addition, assignments and readings from the DiversityFIRST™ Toolkit are required prior to the on-site program. Participants are given password-protected access to the toolkit.

The CDP examination is administered during the final day of the program.
